Returns Policy


Because we pay our consignors cash, immediately after an item sells, we have a "All Sales Final" for an in store purchase.

Online Sales:

etc. does their best to inspect and represent an item as accurately as possible. We will make the buyer aware of any spots or known alterations to size. Be aware clothing may have shrinkage from washing or alterations. Garments can differ from the original unwashed condition. However, if you receive your items and you are not totally satisfied you must return the item at your expense within 7 days of receiving it. A store credit will be issued. When the item is received back if it is determined that the item has been misrepresented in any way then a total refund including shipping will be issued. This return policy applies only to clothing.
