Clothing — men's, women's & kids

  • 20 clothing items per visitEither on hangers or lying flat in a bin, box, or laundry basket. You will get your hangers back.
  • Freshly laundered
  • Free of stains, odors, and pet hair
  • Current season

Shoes, handbags & jewelry

  • Shoes wiped clean inside and out
  • Handbags empty in all pockets, no peeling, and all straps included
  • Jewelry separated into baggies — no tarnished pieces
  • Watches have working batteries
  • No counterfeit handbags

Home decor

  • Wiped clean
  • All electronics and appliances in working order
  • Dish sets — no less than 4 place settings
  • Glasses only in sets of 4 or more, unless a very special brand
  • Wreaths and floral arrangements are dust-free and pass the shake test
  • Only new, packaged bath towels and sheets — no bedding pillows
  • Bedding and blankets in pristine condition
  • Dishes and glasses brought wrapped as little as possible

  • All pieces included with puzzles and games
  • Working batteries installed
  • Clean on the inside and out
